SNORRE B

Vicinay Sestao starts the production of the replacement for the Snorre B field, for the client Equinor, operating in the North Sea. This activity is part of the platform’s expansion plan, the aim of which is to increase its useful life until 2040.

The project includes new wells and subsea connections that will reach as far as Scotland. Snorre A and Snorre B are located in the Tampen area and will be 2 of the several in the area that will benefit from the electrical energy produced by the new wind turbines of the Tampen project, for which Vicinay Sestao also manufactured the mooring lines.
